Jatbas Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jatbas and its users ("you" or "member"). They apply to use of the jatbas.net website and mobile app.

Jatbas is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. We are committed to providing users with a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience.

The Bengali version of these Terms is provided for users' convenience. The English version will prevail for purposes of legal interpretation.

The following requirements must be met to create an account on jatbas:

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.

Jatbas reserves the right to decline or close any account without being required to give a reason.

The following rules apply when adding funds to your jatbas account:

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting activities.
• Deposits or payments made in a third party's name are not accepted.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from jatbas:

• KYC verification must be completed on your account before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is fixed and listed on jatbas's payment page.
• Withdrawal processing may take between 1 and 72 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Jatbas reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes.

Unusual withdrawal patterns from the same IP address or device may be flagged as suspicious and may require additional verification.

The following general conditions apply to all jatbas bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Accepting a bonus automatically applies the specific terms and conditions attached to that bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following rules must be followed when gaming and betting on jatbas:

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, jatbas will resolve the matter at its own discretion.
• Any bet found to involve match fixing or unfair advantage will be voided.
• Odds fluctuating during live betting is normal. The odds at the time a bet is placed will be the ones that apply.

All jatbas games are regularly audited by independent auditors. If you suspect an issue with any game, please contact our support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jatbas:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering an account or completing KYC verification using false information.
• Misuse of the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or compromise jatbas systems or security infrastructure.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users.

Jatbas may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating the terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn once verification is complete.
